1. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for labor and equipment to offload two (2) pre-fabricated buildings, in support of ACC-RI and Military Ocean Terminal Concord CA (MOTCO); 596th Transportation Brigade (TB); Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, in accordance with Attachment 0001 Statement of Work (SOW) Offloading Crane Support. 3. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-19-T-L078 will be a Firm-Fixed Price, openly competed on the Government Portal of Entry and in accordance with the terms and conditions of Attachment 0002 - Contract Provisions and Clauses. 4. The following NAICS code applies: NAICS: 238990 5. Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that meets the technical requirements outlined in Attachment 0001 6.
