Title: Pueblo Chemical Depot Satellite Cable Services NAICS: 515210 SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION: Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD) has a requirement for Satellite Cable TV Services in support of specific mission functions and is a requirement of a Union Agreement. This Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) is being used to conduct market research for a base, plus option periods. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. A Solicitation is not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Objective. Provide satellite cable TV services in 48 common/ work areas. Satellite cable TV provides specific mission function and is a requirement of a Union Agreement. The cable services for PCD provides a means for real time communication of emergency information regarding the status of base readiness conditions. Furthermore, these services provide situational awareness and support on-base morale. Basic Services. Provide satellite cable receivers for 48 common/work areas. Satellite cable TV services must provide all installation, maintenance and annual satellite cable TV subscriptions for basic channels. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide cable television drop point installation and service at PCD. Period of performance: 12 month. The U.S. Government will use the responses received for information/planning purposes and to identify potential sources as part of market research. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. It should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is release, it will be synopsized on the www.fbo.gov.
