Please respond with your size standard and a capability statement that covers the attached draft Purchase Description. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources only. ACC-RI intends to consider all comments when developing its finalized acquisition strategy and resulting solicitation(s). Please submit all Market Survey Questionnaires by 12:00 P.M.
