This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of 16 Twin Extra Long (XL) Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid Premium Silver Chill Plush Mattresses for the Fire Department at the Rock Island Arsenal. This requirement is Brand Name and Restricted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1). This combined synopsis solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The U.S. Government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced offeror who is responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104-1. The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-19-T-AT91 will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0001. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible vendor whose offeror provides proof that proposal can meet the requirements for 16 Twin XL Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid Premium Silver Chill Plush Mattresses and the delivery terms. Contractors shall submit prices for 16 Twin XL Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid Premium Silver Chill Plush Mattresses to be considered for award.
