This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of photo and video gear for the Army Sustainment Command's Public Affairs Office located at the Rock Island Arsenal, in accordance with Attachment 0001: Photo/Video Gear Purchase Description. This combined synopsis solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The U.S. Government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced offeror who is responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104-1. The U.S. Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the quotes, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-19-T-AH07 is issued as a full and open competition. The RFQ will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in Attachment 0002. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible vendor whose offer provides proof that proposal can meet the requirements in the purchase description and the delivery terms. Contractors shall submit prices for items listed in Attachment 0001 to be considered for award.
