The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications. Please respond whether or not these requirements can be fulfilled. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for 1 Stationary Table. The table's requirement are as follows: - Stationary U-shaped table (bases + top) - Wooden veneer finish - No power or communication outlets required - Minimum desktop width = 24" - Must fit into a 22' x 20' room that includes a (minimum) 3' walkway on both ends (in 22' direction), and width for table chair, perimeter chair, and (minimum) 3' walkway (in 20' direction) - Maximum number of participants around the table - Must be ADA Accessible Delivery date no later than 30 days After Receipt of Order. Table must be delivered and installed. Door widths are min. 36". There is no loading dock; delivery truck must have a lift. The table must be unpackaged and assembled, and all trash and packaging materials must be removed off-post. Installation should be completed on day of delivery.
