The purpose of this is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications. Please respond whether or not these requirements can be fulfilled. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for 40 Sit/Stand Workstations, description as follows: -Must be able to mount at least 2 - 22" monitors. The Workstations should include mounts/mounting brackets. -Must allow monitors to rotate (vertical to horizontal). -Must have a tray that comfortably fits a keyboard (with 9-key pad) and mouse with pad. -Must sit on top of or adhere to a 20" depth work surface; will be moved around a lot, so need the item to be mobile (and not "bolted down"). -Must be adjustable below regular desktop height. A typical desktop height is 30", but some users' statures are too small to work at that height. -Must be able to have a set height adjustment. Adjustments need not require tools to adjust. -No color specification. -Has at least a 3 year warranty. Currently Dell P2210, Dell P2213T, and Hyundai P227DS monitors are being used. Delivery date no later than 30 days After Receipt of Order. Delivery must be made using a truck with a lift. The Government is also contemplating a 3 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these Sit/Stand Workstations. Initially 40 Sit/Stand Workstations will be ordered, and then throughout the 3 years when a requirement is for Sit/Stand Workstations, a order will be placed through the BPA.
