The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, a quantity of 1 each Acid Transfer Pump, 2 each Dilute Acid Pumps, and 2 each Concentrated Acid Pumps to support the White Phosphorus to Phosphoric Acid Conversion (WP-PAC) plant located at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. The pumps must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. Award will be made to A.R. Wilfley & Sons, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b).
