Army Contracting Command Rock Island - (ACC-RI) plans to issue solicitation W52P1J-19-T-3034 for a Portable, Horizontal, Grinder to support McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP), OK. The requirement includes on-time delivery, setup, and operator training for up to 4 (four) people and it is FOB Destination.
