Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for four Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) in support of Joint Munitions Command (JMC) at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD). These CEMS require design, build, and acceptance test of the item fabricated in accordance with the specifications indicated within the purchase description and federal regulations. The CEMS monitors the smoke stack emissions of the Ammunition Peculiar Equipment (APE) 1236 rotary furnace and assures that emissions comply with state and federal regulations. The CEMS will be utilized to monitor chemical emission of APE 1236 furnace in support of JMC. The Contractor will be responsible for all transportation costs. Delivery date will be 70 days after contract award. This notice neither constitutes as a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice is not a commitment by the Government for any purpose nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
