This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified contractors to provide services for perform complex analyses; assess the current disposition of U.S. Army logistics information systems; assess current strategic level issues of logistics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools; provide an assessment of strategic risk currently being taken; develop a 10-year resource plan; and provide a comprehensive 10-year strategy delivered within one year, with updates at three, six, and nine months. The services will ultimately provide management consultant services to assist the U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) and the Army logistics enterprise as a whole in making key strategic and operational decisions with the aim of improving the current state of Army logistics ERPs with regard to implementation and integration, modernization and risk. This requirement addresses AMC's priorities of readiness, future force, and human capital. This document contains the description of scope of work for contract; required questionnaire is separate. U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will use these two documents to publish the notices required by FAR 5.201 to determine the existence of companies that could provide the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services needed to fulfill the requirements of the scope of work. Interested parties should respond by providing a Capability Statement, see attachment entitled "ERP Strategy Sources Sought". Additionally, the attached questionnaire must be completed to be considered.
