This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified contractors to provide services in support of maximizing material readiness for units across the Total Army. Headquarters, Army Sustainment Command (ASC) requires advanced analytics and supporting institutionalization services. These services must be focused on systematically and consistently delivering decision-quality information and supporting tools. The information and tools must enable optimized sustainment and improved provision of equipment, material, and capabilities to the Total Army in an efficient and economical manner. More specifically, ASC must be able to develop and use data, algorithms, and analyses to identify and apply mechanisms to both overcome impediments to readiness and exploit opportunities to improve readiness through feasible, cost-effective software and business process improvements, changes, and interventions. This document contains the description of scope of work for contract; required questionnaire is separate. U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) will use these two documents to publish the notices required by FAR 5.201 to determine the existence of companies that could provide the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services needed to fulfill the requirements of the scope of work. Interested parties should respond by providing a Capability Statement, see paragraph entitled "Capability Statement/Information Sought" on page 1 of the first attachment. Additionally, the attached questionnaire must be completed to be considered.
