This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified contractors to provide services to perform the development/creation of documentation and videos to support in the training of the Industrial Base Assessment Tool (IBAT) system; conduct deep dive sessions per specific industrial base supply chain management modules associated with complex industrial base ammunition production analyses; investigate current program ammunition requirements with historic procurement data based on award dates and production completion dates to develop trends to develop to real?time production requirements; knowledge of system interfaces and the establishment thereof; perform story board layouts of conceptual distributed program requirements, program requirements; story board custom simulations of a distributed program ammunition production requirements; identify and investigate existing systems of records associated with ammunition production and requirements to determine data that can be used to bolster industrial preparedness planning actions. Estimated Period of Performance is 1 year. Project/Study Requirements: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of ammunition production base operations, ammunition databases and ammunition business processes. 2) Expertise in supply chain management analysis and Operations Research and simulation/modeling software development. 3) Familiarity with the concept of production line concurrency. 4) Ability to perform specialized analyses. 5) Familiarity with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) ammunition requirements and theirassociation with the ammunition production industrial base. 6) Ability to help users interact with the Industrial Base Assessment Tool (IBAT) system, andperform operational functions with the modules that exist therein. 7) Ability to perform specialized in?depth ammunition industrial base and supply chain management studies in?house. 8) Maintain interfaces and have the ability to establish new interfaces with JMC/DoD information systems that include, but are not limited to, the following: a. PRODSTAT (Production Status System) b. TAMIS (Total Ammunition Management Information System) c. WARS (Worldwide Ammunition Reporting System) d. MRR (Munitions Readiness Report) Capability Statement/Information Sought: Respondents must provide, as part of their responses, information concerning each of the project requirements listed above along with (a) staff experience, including their availability, experience, and training; (b) current in?house capability and capacity to perform the work; (c) prior completed projects of similar nature; (d) corporate experience and management capabilities; and examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. Respond directly to the POC with the requireed information. This sources sought does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for any information provided in this response.
