Headquarters, U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to provide funds in support of the feasibility for the manufacturing of foamable celluloid bead material at Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP), to include process development and demonstration on production scale equipment, in accordance with the terms and condition of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number W52P1J-11-G-0002. It is anticipated this procurement will result in an award to BAE Systems who is the operating contractor at RFAAP. Reference for this action shall be Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-19-R-0121. This notification has been posted for subcontracting purposes only. Please Note: this notice does not constitute a RFP. Responses to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This is not a guarantee of a future RFP or an award.
