This is combined synopsis/solicitation set aside to small business for the Acquisition of Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/ solicitation is set aside for small business for an Army Materiel Command (AMC) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Strategic Assessment. This support will be to conduct strategic assessment of current disposition of logistics information systems. The requirements for each system, current set of challenges with their implementation, integration issues, modernization requirements and a resource constrained environment combine to create an environment of complexity that is constraining effective and efficient decision making. Specialized capability on handling complexity is required to effectively define elements of the problem, their interactions and potential solutions. The end product is a comprehensive a 10-year strategy delivered within one year with three, six and nine month updates. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be firm fixed price and in accordance with the provisions and clauses included in the solicitation.
