This Request for Quote (RFQ), W52P1J-19-Q-0012, is for the procurement of four each BRAND NAME or EQUIVALENT LEV-CO SSDT-6033 Sorting Down Draft Tables. Award will be made to the Offeror with the single lowest price technically acceptable offer which responds to all items included in this RFQ. Failure to provide for any item shall render the quote nonresponsive or may cause the Offeror's quote to be rejected. Acceptable is defined as quoting the required products in accordance with what is stated in this RFQ. Please see attached Solicitation and Attachment 0001- Product Description. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is as follows: Closing Date: Thursday, October 31, 2019 Closing Time: 4:00PM CT All Contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to register in SAM will preclude an Offeror from receiving a purchase order resulting from this RFQ. NOTE: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an Offerors' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Government.
