Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking possible sources of supply for the acquisition of: 60mm, 81mm, 120mm, & 155mm Spring/Shear Pins. The drawings for this requirement are restricted and will be available by going to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website www.fbo.gov when the solicitation is posted. Contractors must have an FBO account prior to accessing any Technical Data Package (TDP). ACC-RI will no longer make TDPs available to order via CD-ROMS. This requirement is projected to be a firm-fixed priced five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The projected guaranteed minimum quantity is as follows: 60mm Shear Pin: Maximum Quantity - 625,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - 65,000 units. 81mm Shear Pin: Maximum Quantity - 750,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - 30,000 units. 120mm Shear Pin: Maximum Quantity - 250,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - 25,000 units. 120mm Spring Pin: Maximum Quantity - 10,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - N/A. 155mm Spring Pin: Maximum Quantity - 75,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - N/A. M825 Spring Pin: Maximum Quantity - 150,000 units. Guaranteed Minimum - N/A. First Article Testing (FAT) will be required 30 days after contract award. Interested sources need to submit CAGE code, DUNS number, size standard, socioeconomic status, place of manufacture, production capability, and estimated delivery lead times. Delivery location shall be FOB Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas The NAICS code for these items is 332722 and the business size standard is 500 employees.
