The acquisition strategy for this item is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection procedures, resulting in a single firm fixed priced five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type Contract using range pricing. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is classified as Distribution D limited distribution. This TDP contains technical data whose import is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended titled, 50 U.S.C. App 2401 et seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate IAW provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25.
