The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue Request for Proposal, W52P1J-18-R-0049, to the Contract Opportunities website (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about 16 March 2020 with a closing date of 30 days after issuance. This requirement is for the following items: Charge, Demolition M112 (DODIC M023) NSN - 1375-01-389-3854 Charge, Demolition, H.E., Linear M58A4 (DODIC M913) NSN - 1375-01-326-9642 Charge, Demolition, Inert, Linear, M68A2 (DODIC M914) NSN: 1375-01-527-7344 Charge, Demolition, H.E., Linear, M59A1 (DODIC ML25) NSN - 1375-01-291-5194 Charge, Demolition, Inert, Linear, M69A1 (DODIC ML26) NSN - 1375-01-117-8613 The applicable NAICS code is 332993. The acquisition strategy for these items is to award a single Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract, as a result of a full and open competition requirement. The contract will consist of five, one-year ordering periods that the Government expects to satisfy requirements through Fiscal Year 24. The Government shall make contract award utilizing a best value, trade-off approach. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is classified as Distribution D limited distribution. This TDP contains technical data whose import is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act, (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended titled, 50 U.S.C. App 2401 et seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with (IAW) provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office to obtain the TDP. The TDP will NOT be available until after the solicitation is formally issued on the Contract Opportunities website, with valid contractor credentials.
