USACE Latin America and Caribbean District seeks industry input for a potential future requirement to provide comprehensive facilities operation and maintenance services at NAMRU-S facilities in Lima and Iquitos, Peru. The contemplated scope includes personnel, supervision, management, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, preventive and unscheduled maintenance, service orders, minor and specialty repairs, materials/inventory management, reporting, quality control, and safety management for specialized mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection, electronic-security, and medical-research support systems. The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four one-year options, with award anticipated by the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. Interested firms should demonstrate relevant facilities O&M, multi-site, medical/laboratory, overseas, and Peru host-nation compliance experience, and the government anticipates a single-award task order contract if market research supports adequate competition.
