The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caribbean District, is seeking a single small business contractor to provide Quality Assurance Services for Civil Works, military, and federal construction projects in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a total capacity of $35 million. The performance period includes one base year, four one-year options, and one six-month option, not to exceed five and a half years. Services involve construction inspection, compliance monitoring, and testing for projects such as dams, levees, flood control, and environmental restoration. The RFP is tentatively scheduled for issuance on or before July 2026.
