This project involves constructing levees, channel widening, and drainage features to protect Toa Baja and Dorado, Puerto Rico from flooding. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. The performance period for completion is 1,619 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Work must comply with Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority standards, and an organized site visit will be provided with the solicitation.
