SAA Construction MATOC
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caribbean District, is seeking industry input for a potential multiple-award task-order contract (MATOC) for construction projects in Puerto Rico and/or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The MATOC would have a five-year ordering period with a maximum capacity between $99 million and $249.9 million, and individual task orders could range from $500,000 up to $80 million. The scope includes new building construction, repairs, renovations, and potential water and power infrastructure projects. The government is considering issuing a Request for Proposal around August 2026, with the ordering period starting no earlier than March 2027. Interested vendors must submit capabilities statements by May 29, 2029, and indicate their preferred geographic configuration and feasibility of combining vertical construction with major infrastructure work.
