SAA Construction MATOC
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caribbean District, is seeking industry input for a potential multiple-award task-order contract (MATOC) for construction projects in Puerto Rico and/or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The MATOC would have a five-year ordering period and a maximum shared capacity between $99 million and $249.9 million, with an estimated base contract value between $25 million and $100 million. Individual task orders could range from $500,000 up to $80 million, covering new construction, repairs, renovations, and infrastructure work including water, power, and environmental remediation. The government is considering issuing a Request for Proposal around August 2026, with the ordering period starting no earlier than March 2027. Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement by May 29, 2029, and indicate their preferred geographic configuration and feasibility of combining vertical construction with major infrastructure projects.
