The contractor will manage and perform all operations for the collection and off-post disposal of solid waste generated at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. All work must comply with the attached Performance Work Statement and all applicable laws and regulations. A Pre-Solicitation meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams on Monday, April 20 at 1:00 EST. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
