This is a non-personal services contract for gates, barriers, and turnstiles service and maintenance at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services except items specified as government-furnished. Work includes preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and targeted technical upgrades to support physical security infrastructure and DoD compliance. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency response capability to return damaged or degraded devices to full service quickly. Initial technical baseline repairs and upgrades must be completed safely and efficiently.
