This is a non-personnel services contract for service and maintenance of vehicle gates, barriers, and personnel turnstiles at Tobyhanna Army Depot. The Performance Work Statement covers a comprehensive initial technical upgrade plus ongoing maintenance, inspection, and repair of all vehicle and pedestrian access point equipment. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary, except for specified government-furnished property and services. Equipment includes security turnstiles, ground retractable automobile barriers, slide driver gate operators, barrier drop arms, and hydraulic swing gates. Specific equipment makes, models, and locations are in controlled Appendix A, to be provided to authorized parties after award.
