400 Hz Cycle Converters - Maintenance, Inspections, and Repairs
The Government will hold a pre-solicitation meeting to answer questions about an upcoming RFP for preventative maintenance, diagnostic inspections, and repairs of approximately 39 400 Hz System Converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. Attachments I, II, and III were updated on 22-SEPT-26, and the draft solicitation, performance work statement, and related documents are attached for review. The pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. EST via Microsoft Teams. A single site visit will be conducted at Tobyhanna Army Depot at a date and time to be announced. Because background checks are required for base access, visitors without a depot-issued Contractor badge must complete Form 648-C for the Contracting Officer’s Representative, Jay Reviello.
