This is a pre-solicitation notice for a future Tower Inspection and Repair Service Contract to be performed at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania. The government will hold a Pre-Solicitation/Meeting with Industry on April 22, 2026, to review the requirements and specifications. To be eligible for the eventual award, offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration with no exclusions or debt subject to offset.
