This notice is for an upcoming requirement for a Construction Contract for Pad-Mounted Switchgear Replacement at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Brand Name S&C Electric Company Vista pad-mounted Switchgears will be required for this project. A Justification will be posted with the solicitation Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement *NOTE: DRAFT PWS may be subject to minor revisions*. In order to be eligible for award, the prospective offeror must have a current and active registration in SAM.gov and not show any Active Exclusions and not have any Debt Subject to Offset. The offeror must be found responsible in accordance with FAR 9.1 – Responsibility of Prospective Contractor. Any responsible firms believing they can provide this requirement should, within 10 days of this notice, contact in writing the Contract Specialist identified and submit a capability statement describing their firm’s capability to meet the Government’s requirement, which will be reviewed for consideration. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.
