This is a non-personal services contract to provide Preventative Maintenance, emergency repairs and annual calibrations to all Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) equipment and Vacuum Ovens (VO) located at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
