Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a contract for the maintenance of existing Lightning Protection Systems at the Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government will not supervise the contractor's service providers, as this is a non-personal services contract. The contractor is solely responsible for their subcontractors' performance.
