Bids/proposals/quote are not requested and will not be considered, and no award will result from this notice. Responses to this notice must be in writing. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. The Government intends on issuing a single IDIQ, task order contract with a 5 year ordering period. Priced orders will then be placed and funded by the Government on an as needed basis. It's anticipated this solicitation will be issued around late January to early February 2025. Contractor shall be required to provide all necessary licenses, permits, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and management to successfully execute the task orders for maintenance/repair of epoxy flooring. Any exceptions to these requirements must be documented in writing. See Exhibit 1 - PWS for more details. Interested parties are requested to review the attached draft documents and provide feedback as necessary, to include any questions, concerns, issues, clarifications, etc. It's requested that interested parties ask any and all questions that they would otherwise submit during the solicitation phase. This is to ensure that the Government's requirements documents are as clear, concise, and accurate as possible at the time the solicitation is posted. Industry feedback may result in revisions to any or all of the draft documents. If your firm is interested and capable of meeting this requirement, please provide the following information by the deadline stated: (1) Company name, address, and point of contact (2) Size status and representations of your business, such as but not limited to: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Large Business, etc. (3) Is your company considered small under the applicable NAICS code? (4) Does your company have an FSS contract with GSA or are you acontract holder with any other federal contract? If so, please provide the contract type and number. (5) If you are an FSS GSA or other federal contract holder, are the referenced items/solutions available on your schedule/contract? (6) Please provide general pricing for your products/solutions for market research purposes. (7) Please submit a capability statement that evidences your firms qualifications and verifies ability to perform work described above. (8) Interested parties may submit requests for information (RFI) or general comments regarding the requirement. The Government is not obligated to and will not provide reimbursements for any costs associated with responding to this announcement. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.
