The Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) is seeking capabilities statements and/or demonstrations (live or virtual) of a simplex device that will assist with accountability for its employees. RIA-JMTC is interested in a system that will provide a check-in response for its employees after a fire/emergency alarm evacuation. This sources sought is hereby issued as a means of surveying the market to determine if there are commercial solutions to that can improve and speed up accountability during a fire, natural or man-made event at RIA-JMTC.
