This is a draft release of scoring and Q&A documents for a future Army ammunition plant design, build, and commissioning contract to gather final industry feedback. The government is not soliciting proposals at this time. Questions and comments on the draft documents are due by 3PM Central Time on January 26, 2026. Access to the controlled documents requires an approved DD2345 and active JCP registration, with requests made by the registered Data Custodian. The government is also offering one-on-one sessions related to this effort.
