It also includes statistical analysis for three RCRA Detection groundwater assessment reports and twelve RCRA Corrective Action Closure sites annually, plus maintenance of a PBA-specific GIS database. Stormwater-related work includes industrial stormwater permit renewals, SWPPPs, sampling for three outfalls, and Construction SWPPP/permit preparation. Compliance assistance covers SPCC, RCRA, and CAA permit development/review/renewal/reporting. Location-specific support includes changing Arkansas Water Quality Standards Rule 2 for mercury at an NPDES outfall and contaminant transport investigations in Phillips Creek and the Arkansas River.
