Army Contracting Command - Rock Island requires Non-micronized Pentaerythritol produced in accordance with drawing 36-1-317, Rev F. The solicitation will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract for 41,800 lbs under CLIN 0001, plus a First Article Test of 2 lbs / 1 each under CLIN 0002 required prior to production. An option quantity may be exercised for up to 100% of the base-year quantity and will be evaluated at time of award. Award will be made under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures as a non-commercial supply to the responsive, responsible, lowest-priced offeror.
