This is a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for market research only—not a solicitation—regarding the White Sands Intelligent Scheduling and Decision Optimization Management (WISDOM) system. The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island is seeking industry feedback to refine requirements and acquisition strategy for modernizing enterprise scheduling, resource management, conflict detection, customer portal, and reporting capabilities. Performance is anticipated at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, supporting the White Sands Test Center and Test Resource Management Center. Initial efforts may focus on discovery, architecture, pilot, and MVP implementation, with potential follow-on work for broader deployment and sustainment.
