The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island intends to award a sole-source task order to Computable Insights LLC, a Salesforce subsidiary, for professional services supporting the White Sands Intelligent Scheduling and Decision Optimization Management (WISDOM) system. This effort will support discovery, architecture, and an initial pilot/minimum viable product for an AI-enabled scheduling and decision-support capability at White Sands Missile Range. The work includes scheduling workflow modernization, customer portal capability, conflict notification, reporting/dashboard functionality, and implementation planning. The government believes only Salesforce has the OEM-level access, proprietary tools, and platform authority needed to perform the work without unacceptable risk. Responsible sources who believe they can meet the full requirement may submit a capability statement for consideration.
