This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a potential future contract to provide comprehensive records management services for the Department of the Army, including secure storage, digitization, and electronic warehousing of military and civilian personnel and medical records. The required services include secure transportation from St. Louis, Missouri, secure climate-controlled warehousing, a web-based inventory system, digitization, and preparation of records for transfer to the National Archives.
