The U.S. Army/Department of War is conducting market research via an RFI/Sources Sought to assess commercial solutions and authorized resellers for the CHRA IT Audit Tool software subscriptions. The Government has noticed its intent to award a sole-source Delivery Order to Appian Corporation under an existing Appian Enterprise Agreement, while testing whether alternative low-code platforms or authorized Appian resellers can meet the requirement without mission failure or substantial re-engineering. The requirement is for software subscriptions for a 12-month base Period of Performance, with specific items listed in Attachment 0001 - Software Requirements. Interested sources may submit a written Capability Statement (PDF, maximum 10 pages) covering entity/business profile, technical equivalency and IL5/interoperability/data migration/risk mitigation, authorized reseller verification if applicable, and ROM cost/schedule/transition impact including licensing, migration, training, and RMF re-accreditation.
