Sources Sought: Commercial Low-Code Automation Platform Licenses & Services (Appian EA)

Notice ID:W519TC26RCHRA

The U.S. Army is conducting market research via an RFI/Sources Sought Notice to assess commercial solutions for the CHRA IT Audit Tool; it is not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. The Government has given formal notice of intent to award a sole-source Delivery Order to Appian Corporation under its existing Appian Enterprise Agreement for the necessary software subscriptions. The notice tests whether alternative commercial low-code platforms or authorized Appian resellers can meet the requirements without mission failure or substantial re-engineering. The requirement is for software subscriptions for a 12-month base Period of Performance. Interested sources may submit a PDF Capability Statement of up to 10 pages covering entity identification, technical equivalency/interoperability and IL5 authorization, authorized reseller verification, and ROM cost, schedule, and transition impact.
