This RFP seeks a single firm-fixed-price award for the procurement of Thin Layer Explosive (TLX) and Detonating Cord Assembly (DCA) items across multiple DODICs. The procurement is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR RFO 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, offerors must hold a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter or a Government-approved equivalent signed by an authorized Government engineer.
