Pre-Solicitation Notice - Procurement of Special Ammunition and Weapon Systems (SAWS)
The Army Contracting Command intends to establish up to five Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for the procurement of non-standard ammunition and weapon systems. The contracts will include five one-year ordering periods, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per contract and a total maximum quantity of 3,552,685,000 items. The acquisition is unrestricted, and delivery locations will be specified on an order-by-order basis. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, comply with ITAR regulations, and pass a Pre-Award Financial Capability Review.
