The contractor will manage disposal of FEFO chemical mixture at NWS Crane, including developing and executing an asbestos abatement plan for the vermiculite filler. They will also organize hazard classification testing and provide spill containment, clean-up, and a contingency plan. The contractor must identify and coordinate disposal at an agreed RCRA hazardous waste facility. Additionally, they will develop a repacking plan, repack the mixture per interim hazard classification, and ship it to that facility. Performance will take place at NWS Crane.
