The contractor will manage the full disposal process for FEFO chemical mixture remaining at NWS Crane, including developing and executing an asbestos abatement plan for vermiculite filler. They must organize hazard classification testing and provide spill containment, cleanup, and a spill contingency plan. The contractor will coordinate disposal at an agreed-upon RCRA hazardous waste treatment facility, develop a repacking plan for interim hazard classification, repack the mixture, and ship it to that facility. Performance of services will take place at NWS Crane.
