See RFP solicitation The proposed contract action is for Non-Destructive Testing Mondernization in support of the United States Army Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA_JMTC). Army contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to solicit Small Businesses of supply for non-destructive testing mondernization. A determination by the Goernment not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
