This solicitation is restricted to Phillips Corporation (CAGE: 3MPQ0) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation W519TC25R2000 will be for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)- type contract for the Mills and Lathes. This solicitation is issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Note: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
