***This solicitation is issued on a sole-source basis to MasterGraphics under FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. No other sources are solicited. This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice in accordance with FAR 13.105, Synopsis and Posting Requirements, is to notify the public that a solicitation will be forthcoming for HP JET FUSION 4200 3D PRINTERS, Preventive Maintenance & Remedial Repair in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract at the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This requirement will be full and open, NAICS Code 811210, PSC Code 3611. All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 18 APRIL 2025. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing beta.SAM.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an interested party list, therefore, it is recommended that any interested parties periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
