Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this solicitation W519TC25Q2181 to Terminal Connections to provide service IAW Attachment 0001 SOW in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resultant award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-5011 is incorporated by reference.
