Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this solicitation W519TC25Q2151 for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPAs) in support of Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). This BPA will be used to support the acquisition of 17-4 stainless steel ingots used to pour foundry castings required by RIA-JMTC. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.303 for BPAs using firm fixed price orders for the particular requirement solicited. ACC-RI is seeking vendors willing to enter into a BPA, as defined by FAR 13.303 for a period of five years from the date of award. Exact dates will be specified in the BPA. All orders under a BPA shall continue until the performance is complete and the order is paid, even after the BPA expiration date.
