Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing Technology Center is seeking qualified vendors who in their normal line of work are capable of providing 17-4 stainless ingots used to pour foundry castings. Rock Island Arsenal is looking for vendors who are able to provide the parts to be part of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA). A BPA master does not obligate any funds.
