The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract for a 60 TON DAIKIN AIR-COOLED CHILLER UNIT to be provided to Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). PBA will install the units. The contractor shall complete unit start-up after PBA has completed installation. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Purchase Description, the Technical Data Sheet, and the specifications contained in this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance (IAW) with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01, effective 12NOV2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 10OCT2024.
