This is a no-cost draft Request for Proposal to establish a Basic Ordering Agreement for Low-Level Radioactive Waste removal, remediation, processing, and disposal projects. The place of performance will be project-specific for each task order. The Government intends to award the BOA by October 1, 2026, with a total ordering period not to exceed five years. This requirement is a competitive 8(a) set-aside, though the Government reserves the right to amend it to a Small Business set-aside. Questions regarding the RFP are due by Monday, April 20, 2026.
